Just a little bit of talking to myself here. I need to remember to stay strong, give him nothing. He needs to stop his calls and visits with her now or expect nothing from me. I am here for now, but must be strong to break free.

Exactly!!! And in the days ahead, often reread these words of yours to yourself. You are the much better person in this marriage. Seek help from someone there to help you cope with this. Point blank ask him if he wants your marriage to survive and if he refuses to take ownership of the problem then seek counselling for yourself, if not for the both of you. At least that would be my suggestion unless you'd prefer your own solution, given that the status quo is not a long term option.
